Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days.

During high-volume releases or product drops, processing times may be slightly longer.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Drop Orders

Orders placed during a product drop begin shipping on the announced drop date.

Please allow additional processing time during peak demand.

We ship using reputable carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on destination and shipping method selected.


Shipping Issues

If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, contact us at mfortune@shopthecandleman.com within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue.

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
