What are your candles made of?

We use a para-soy wax blend, cotton wicks, and fragrance oils formulated for candle use and used in accordance with IFRA standards.

How strong are the scents?

Strong enough to notice. Not so strong it punches you in the face.
Bold, balanced, and made to actually fill a room.

How long do they burn?

Our 2-wick candles burn for approximately 35-45 hours with proper care.

How do I get the best burn?

Trim the wicks to about ¼ inch before lighting.
Let the wax melt fully across the top on the first burn to prevent tunneling.

When will my order ship?

Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days.
You’ll receive tracking as soon as your order is on the way.

Do you accept returns?

If your candle arrives damaged, we’ll replace it — just reach out within 7 days with a photo.

Since candles are personal and can’t be resold once used, we don’t accept returns on opened items. If a scent isn’t your thing, contact us and we’ll take care of you with a replacement or store credit.

Are your candles “clean”?

We don’t use the word “clean” to market our candles. We focus on making candles that burn well, smell great, and are made using materials intended for candle use and used in accordance with industry standards.

Are candles safe?

Candles should always be burned responsibly in a well-ventilated area and never left unattended.
