Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for eligible items.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase.

Because candles are consumable items, we do not accept returns on opened or used candles.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll make it right.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used candles

  • Final sale items

  • Gift cards


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If your return is approved, the fastest way to receive a different item is to place a new order.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
No restocking fees are charged.
